The Record
I bought my first house because of his advice. He asked me: “What’s the worst that can happen if you can’t make the payment?” That simple question gave me the confidence to take the first step. Today I own four houses — and it all started with that conversation.
I found School of Grit about 18 months out from transitioning, when my plan for what came next was nebulous at best. Nine months later I’ve moved at an exponential pace toward building something for my future family that would have been unimaginable.
